  • Tank calculation study providing for the design and analysis of wall and bottom plate thickness, service and maintenance considerations and other factors affecting tank design and safety, such as internal static pressure or weight, shell settlement, seismic and wind. (for all tanks)
  • Provide approved/certified a closed-loop cooling system for autoclave-bearings identifying all components and accessories.
  • Cooling calculations study for selecting an industrial packaged cooling system that shall be ASHRAE certified specifying technical data of chillers, heat exchangers, pumps, instrumentations, gauages, all accessories and connections according to specification and standards.
  • Layout of water treatment system and provision of chemical cleaning with standard accessories and options such as feeding, dosing pumps. Complete with consumable materials and chemicals, shut-off valves, balancing, check, drainage, vent valves and chemical tanks, hoses, pumps and control panel with earthing rubber pad for sound isolation and supports against seismic, painting, insulation and cladding, testing, balancing, start-up,…….etc.
  • Power and Control cable layout with all required dimensions.
  • Electrical power distribution, single line and three line diagrams..
  • Circuit and raceway schedule of supplied equipment including interconnecting wiring.
  • Earthing System Layout and Calculations
  • Instrument index identifying all instrumentation provided.
